We offer customized design service to our customers, which means we design the machines for complete line of process depending upon the food products to be packed. We have designed retrofit assemblies for old machines, also we have converted the mechanically driven assemblies such as cams, chain wheels, pneumatics, etc by the servo driven mechanisms. We have designed retractable conveyors, merging conveyors & other conveyors which can be synchronised with the main pakcing machine. Normally, machines designed by us consist of pneumatics, servo motors, induction motors, chain-sprockets, gearbox, ball screw, conveyor belts, etc. as primary elements. To reduce the manufacturing lead time, we implement best design practices, so that procurement & processing of the material as per the BOM becomes hasslefree process for our customer.
